These terms govern your use of gohirepro.com. By browsing the site or submitting an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

GohirePro is an online platform that publishes job listings in banking and financial services and passes applications to employers. We are an intermediary. We are not an employer, a bank, a placement agency or a guarantor of employment, and we do not participate in hiring decisions.

2. No fees for candidates

Use of this site by job seekers is free. We do not charge for browsing, applying or having your profile considered, and we will never ask you for a registration, processing, training, deposit or placement fee. Any demand for payment made in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to support@gohirepro.com and to the authorities. See our fraud and safety page.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use this site, you agree that you will:

• Provide information that is true, accurate and your own
• Not impersonate anyone or submit another person’s resume as your own
• Not upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing
• Not scrape, harvest, copy or systematically extract listings or data from the site
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with its operation
• Not use the site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages

Submitting false information may result in your application being rejected and your access being blocked.

4. Job listings

Listings are compiled from employers and from publicly available sources. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current, complete or still open. Salary bands, eligibility criteria and job descriptions are as supplied and may change without notice. Verify the details directly with the employer before making any decision, including any decision to resign from a current role or to relocate.

We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, particularly where it appears misleading, incomplete or fraudulent.

5. Applications

Submitting an application does not create any obligation on us or on the employer. We do not guarantee that your application will be read, shortlisted or responded to, nor that any interview or offer will result. Shortlisting and hiring decisions belong entirely to the employer.

By applying you consent to your details and resume being shared with the employer for that role, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Employer obligations

Employers and recruiters who list vacancies warrant that the vacancy is genuine and currently open, that they are authorised to recruit for it, that no fee of any kind will be sought from candidates, and that the listing complies with applicable Indian labour and anti-discrimination law. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and compilation of this site are owned by GohirePro or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written permission. Employer names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the vacancy.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The site contains links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GohirePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of employment, income, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the site, from reliance on any listing, from any dealing with an employer, or from any fraud committed by a third party using our name.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GohirePro against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including for maintenance or where we suspect misuse.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. The revision date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
