Job Title: Platinum Banker – Branch Banking (Inbound)

Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹4.0 – ₹6.5 LPA (plus performance incentives)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Day shift, Fixed timings

Experience: 1 – 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customers visiting the branch.
• Build and maintain relationships with Platinum Banking customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Cross-sell banking products such as accounts, deposits, insurance, investments, and loans.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1 – 5 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
