Key Responsibilities
- Address customer queries and provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and resolve technical issues by testing different scenarios.
- Monitor City customer complaints and offer proactive support.
- Share feedback and feature requests with internal teams.
- Educate customers on new features and updates.
- Follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training junior team members of City.

Requirements & Skills
