Job Details

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist in Aligarh to provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with troubleshooting, product guidance, and issue resolution while ensuring a seamless customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer queries and provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues by testing different scenarios.
  • Monitor Aligarh customer complaints and offer proactive support.

  • Educate customers on new features and updates.

Requirements & Skills
