Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Officer to join our team in Ladakh. This role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales through outbound calls, emails, and market research.

Job Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Handle assigned territory Of Ladakh for sales operations.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Source new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and online data research.
  • Client Engagement: Strategize and conduct meetings with potential Ladakh clients, addressing their queries regarding products and services.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Assign qualified opportunities to sales managers for further follow-up and closure.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify key players, research sales opportunities, and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Database Expansion: Maintain and grow a database of valuable clients within the assigned territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn
  • Locality - Geographical knowledge of Ladakh Jammu and Kashmir.
  • Cold-calling / Tele-calling experience
  • Experience in client servicing, email marketing, and market research
